Amigurumi Raindrop - New Pattern!

I published a new pattern on Ravelry today! It's called Amigurumi Raindrop. Click here to see it! It's super simple easy, and knits up really fast. I don't remember how many yards of yarn I used, but it wasn't that much.

Do you remember the purple yarn I dyed in February? I crocheted a notion bag with some of it sometime that month, and it's for sale at my Etsy store here.

I really like how it turned out! I think the yarn was perfect for it.

Sorry for not blogging in.... 16 days! I'll try to blog more often. I haven't had a real FO in forever, it seems like!

Crazy Handspun

Do you remember the rainbow roving I blogged about last month? I finished spinning it this afternoon! It was my first time plying. Overall, I'm happy with how it turned out!

When I was spinning it, I split each strip of color in half and spun that. Once I was done with that, I took it off and started spinning the half's.

I originally wanted it to be red with purple, orange with blue, yellow with green, etc. But that didn't exactly work. I like how the colors matched up though. :)

When I was wrapping it up, I forgot to measure the yardage. I'll hopefully do that soon....

Oh, sorry that I didn't finish Knitting and Crocheting Blog Week. I got busy and forgot. :/ The last post obviously didn't count...
