I Followed My Own Blog

The title says it all. I was doing something, but I'm not sure what. Anyways, I accidently followed my own blog! I don't know how to undo it. Does anyone else know how?

    I don't even know how to follow anyone elses blog, much less my own. Can you tell me how you did it?
